Asana Software Engineer interview experience

The technical round that followed was pretty standard: it included a LeetCode-style question and a separate design question.

The rounds felt aligned with what I expected from an engineer interview loop—coding plus design—and I could tell they were evaluating both problem-solving and how I thought about structure.

I didn’t get an offer, but the process itself was straightforward and not overly confusing or mismatched.
