San Francisco, CAPosted Nov 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My process was fairly standard in structure—phone first, then onsite—but it repeatedly suffered from coordination problems.

A couple of issues came up that ultimately caused me to miss the final interview round before the role was filled.

I was disappointed because everything I had invested to get to the later stages didn’t translate into being able to complete the full loop. Even though the format itself wasn’t unusual, the missed timing turned the process into something frustrating rather than competitive.

I didn’t move forward, and the disappointment wasn’t about my performance so much as the broken execution that cost me the chance to compete for the last round.
