I did an initial online survey first, and it was basic enough that it felt like a quick screen.

I passed it, but I didn’t continue because I had already found another job.

The whole experience didn’t turn into an interview loop with Arup since I stopped after the survey stage. The difficulty level felt easy, and there wasn’t much pressure because there wasn’t a complex assessment.

Even though I didn’t get far, I remember the early step as straightforward. I ended the process myself rather than being declined, and my main reflection was just that timing mattered more than anything technical for me.
