Arup Software Engineer interview experience

The message explained that the interview process would total around two hours, combining a technical test and a face-to-face interview.

I didn’t have much detail beyond that in the invitation itself, but the structure was clear: a short technical portion followed by a more direct in-person conversation. The overall impression I had was that they wanted to gauge both capability and how I came across in a live setting, and the timing constraint made it feel focused rather than drawn out. In the end, there was no offer, but the process felt organized enough that I knew what was coming.
