My interview consisted of three online questions, and each one was fairly personal in tone.

They asked why I wanted to work there, why I was interested in that role specifically, and what I’d learned recently that I was proud of.

The whole thing lasted about twenty minutes, so it moved quickly. The format felt like a snapshot of motivation and self-reflection rather than a deep technical dive. I didn’t receive an offer, but the short, focused timing made it feel efficient rather than ambiguous.
