Arup Software Engineer interview experience

After that, I was invited to an online assessment centre that lasted a full day, with both interviews and other activities packed in.

The length of it was the most noticeable part—the day itself felt like a full evaluation rather than a quick screen. When it was over, I received an offer via a phone call the day after the assessment centre. What surprised me most was how much they compressed the different parts into one continuous experience, but it ultimately worked in my favor.
