I had a long, pretty competency-focused round that ran for about five hours.

The main theme was basic BIM concepts, and it was framed around why I wanted to join and where my day-to-day instincts came from.

The questions felt more situational than purely theoretical. Even when they started with fundamentals, they kept circling back to how I handled real-life work situations. Overall, it was a heavier round in terms of time and attention, and the difficulty felt average—challenging, but not random or disconnected from the role.
