Seattle, WAPosted Jun 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I had a panel interview where I gave a short presentation at the end of the session—about 10 minutes.

The presentation could be about a previous work or school experience, and then the panel asked questions based on what I shared.

The structure made the interview feel dynamic: I wasn’t just talking about my background during a Q&A, I was required to frame it through my own chosen topic first.

Once I finished, the follow-up questions made it clear they were listening for specifics and how I connected my experience to the role. The experience felt straightforward and interactive.
