Arup Software Engineer interview experience

The whole thing felt efficient and moved quickly, and the team came across as really enthusiastic about my candidacy. They were also knowledgeable about my background, which immediately made the conversation feel more tailored than generic.

The questions stayed grounded in my experience and how it matched the role, and the vibe was genuinely positive from start to finish. By the end, I felt like I could see myself fitting in, and I left thinking it had been an amazing experience—light on stress and heavy on clarity.
