Arup Software Engineer interview experience

They asked how I contributed to projects and what my role had been, and the conversation stayed fairly normal—nothing especially tricky.

What stood out was that after the interview, I never heard back. There wasn’t even an email letting me know where things stood, so the lack of communication left the ending feeling abrupt and unresolved.

I didn’t receive an offer, and my honest reflection was that the interview itself was fine, but the silence afterward made the whole process feel incomplete.
