My interview process was multi-stage and ended up feeling long and repetitive.

It eventually led to an offer, but it took time for everything to unfold.

One part that stayed with me was a group teamwork assessment that I had to complete before receiving the final offer-related stage. The process seemed focused on seeing how I worked with others, not just how I handled individual questions.

Even though it dragged on, the eventual structure made sense once I got through it. By the end, the process felt like it was testing more than just technical ability, even if the pacing could have been tighter.
