I started with a recruiter touchpoint, and the rest of the process felt intentionally streamlined.

A short self-recorded behavioral interview followed, where I answered prompts on my own time rather than speaking to someone live. After that, I spoke with senior team members to understand what ARUP does day to day and what mattered for the software role.

Overall, the whole loop took about two months, and everything was handled remotely over virtual calls. The vibe was straightforward rather than high-pressure, and I left each step feeling like the process was designed to let them understand me without making the format unnecessarily complicated—though I ultimately didn’t receive an offer.
