After I applied through their website and waited to hear back, the process moved with a fairly standard cadence—around two to three weeks from application to the interviews.

Once I was shortlisted, I went through interview steps with interviewers who were genuinely kind and asked thoughtful questions.

What I remember most was how much they leaned on my CV and the prompt I submitted. The whole flow felt structured and not overly intimidating, and the time window was predictable enough that I could keep track of where I was in the hiring timeline. Even though I didn’t receive an offer, the experience left me feeling like they evaluated me seriously rather than just running a formality.
