Newcastle upon Tyne, EnglandPosted Feb 2026 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I had a one-hour interview that split evenly into a technical and behavioural part.

For the technical assessment, I had thirty minutes, and then the remaining thirty minutes covered behavioural questions, run by two interviewers.

They came from different backgrounds—one electrical and one mechanical—which made the technical side feel broader than I expected. The whole experience was clearly structured timewise, so I couldn’t hide behind rambling answers. I walked through the technical portion and then switched gears to behavioural discussion. I didn’t receive an offer, but the setup felt fair and well managed, with each section matching the time they allocated.
