I joined an online assessment-centre style interview, and while the interview itself felt okay, the assessment questions were the part that got difficult.

The follow-up questions especially were challenging, and I felt like I had to think through answers more carefully than expected.

The interviewers were still nice and supportive, and they tried to guide me toward responses when I got stuck. Even with that help, it was still a tougher process than I was expecting. I didn’t end up with an offer, but I appreciated that the atmosphere wasn’t hostile while the questions were demanding.
