Arup Software Engineer interview experience

The main expectation was simple: answer what I knew. The interviewers would assess my level of knowledge by asking questions one by one, without trying to make it overly complicated.

It didn’t feel like a high-pressure interrogation, more like a conversation that gradually tested depth. I found it easier to stay focused because the questions were paced and straightforward.

By the end, I felt like the process was fair—if I knew something, I could explain it clearly, and if I didn’t, I still had a chance to respond honestly.
