I went through a round that was mostly about how I work and what I’m motivated by.

The interviewer asked personality-type questions, including how I’d handle management style.

They also asked several questions grounded in my resume and followed up with what I was interested in regarding the role and what I intended to gain from the position. Overall, the difficulty felt average—more focused on fit and communication than on deep technical problem-solving—and I left the conversation without an offer.
