The process started with a call from HR that felt random, without any prior communication after my application had been submitted for over a month.

The interview then moved to a conversation with the hiring manager, and that part felt pleasant and focused on my past project experience and my understanding of the industry.

Even though the hiring manager discussion went well, I was completely ghosted afterwards. I followed up even with emails to check status, but I didn’t get a reply. It didn’t end with an offer, and what stuck with me was how unprofessional the hiring process felt afterward—especially since they didn’t provide any closure.
