My interview ended up being pretty straight forward.

The questions were focused on the profession itself and on how I’d collaborate with a team. The interviewers made me feel at ease, and they let me answer in depth rather than cutting me off.

As I talked through my experience, it felt like the conversation was designed to understand my approach and not just skim for keywords. I believed I did well, and I was offered the role the following day, which I accepted. Looking back, the biggest thing that helped was how comfortable the interviewers made the environment.
