Dublin, DublinPosted May 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

After I reached out and got the first conversation scheduled, I spoke with the team during what felt more like an onboarding-style chat than a hard gate.

They walked me through the graduate program and how the structure would work over time, and they clarified how my background and qualifications fit into the role.

We also went over the practical side: the schedule, what a typical day would look like, and the broader picture of how the company was organized. It didn’t feel like a high-pressure interview, more like a thorough explanation that helped me understand responsibilities and expectations.
