I went through a three-stage hiring process.

The first stage was an assessment centre that included a written test and a group discussion, then I completed an online aptitude test, and finally I had a one-on-one interview.

The overall difficulty was difficult for me, mainly because each step added a different kind of pressure—writing and reasoning in the assessment centre, then more aptitude screening, then technical discussion in the last stage. Even with that intensity, the process felt organized. I didn’t receive an offer at the end.
