My experience had an early, structured digital step.

After applying online, I received an email with a link to an online interview where I had to record my answers to questions on video. The whole online portion took about half an hour and then a team member reviewed my responses.

Overall, the rest of the process wasn’t very technically intensive from what I experienced, and the questions felt like standard engineering interview prompts rather than anything uniquely challenging. I didn’t end up getting an offer, and afterward I realized the job itself didn’t end up impressing me as much as I’d hoped.
