After a phone screen, I interviewed with my direct manager.

That part felt straightforward, and the overall tone was flexible—especially around logistics like acceptance deadlines. Once I got through that conversation, the follow-up was fast and I received an offer.

Looking back, the experience felt unusually smooth compared to other processes I’d seen: quick communication, a clear connection to the manager, and no long, drawn-out uncertainty. My reflection was that I appreciated how quickly things moved once the interview was done, which made it easier to stay confident in the outcome.
