My experience started with a coding test, followed by a more direct screen-style phone or video conversation.

After the test, the next step felt short and somewhat pre-decided, with basic questions about my work and some questions tied back to what I’d done earlier.

In terms of difficulty, the overall tone was not extremely technical across the later stage—it was more about confirming fit quickly. Even when there were technical elements, the communication felt off, and the process didn’t have much back-and-forth.

I ended up getting rejected, and it honestly felt like the evaluation didn’t leave much room to recover or demonstrate additional strengths after the initial stage.
