My process moved quickly and felt fairly standard in terms of difficulty, but the communication afterward was what didn’t land well.

I made it to the final round, and the interview difficulty was about what I’d expected—nothing wildly outside the usual scope.

What stood out was that there wasn’t meaningful feedback after reaching the end. I received a rejection, and that was essentially the only closure I got. It was similar to another experience where the full process took around a couple of weeks, with an OA followed by four rounds including an HR discussion; I had friendly interviewers throughout and the OA had multiple questions where I solved most of them before getting an email from HR.

Putting both feelings
