I went into the interviews expecting a normal process, and the technical conversations themselves weren’t the issue—the problem was what happened after.

After I finished the rounds, I reached out repeatedly for status updates and feedback through email and phone. I kept following up because I wanted at least a clear answer about where things stood.

Instead, I got treated like I’d disappeared. Calls weren’t returned and emails didn’t get any response, even after I tried multiple times. It turned the whole process into a frustrating waiting game, especially because I’d already invested significant time into the scheduled rounds.

Eventually, it became obvious I wasn’t moving forward, but the lack of basic closure left a really negative
