BengaluruPosted Mar 2023 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I did an online interview in Bangalore that ran in three rounds over about two weeks.

The first round was DS/Algo, then I moved to system design, and finally a techno-managerial discussion. The people on the other side felt calm and easy to talk to, which made the whole process feel manageable even though it wasn’t trivial.

The DS/Algo and system design parts landed in the intermediate range, but system design was the one that really challenged me. I remember feeling like I understood the general direction, yet the depth of the system design discussion took more effort than I expected. Overall the HR side communicated pretty well, and nothing felt chaotic about scheduling.
