My process kicked off when a third-party recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn, and I did a phone screening first.

That first screen was very easy, but the next phone interview—still with a recruiter—was noticeably more challenging. It ran about 30 minutes and leaned on very specific, example-driven questions focused on my personality and experience.

After that, I came into the Columbus branch for the in-person part. The manager went first, and the questions stayed general, centering on my sales experience and why I might want to work at Apex. Then I met with another manager and a top performer in the office. They asked similar general questions and made sure I had my questions answered too.
