My process was just two steps: a phone screen and then an in-person interview.

Overall it felt pretty light-touch. We didn’t really go deep on what the day-to-day would look like, how training worked, or what the work-life balance actually felt like.

During the interviews, they didn’t spend much time on office culture or what kind of support the team provided to help generate new business. It mostly left me with more questions than clarity by the time the in-person meeting ended.

I ultimately didn’t get an offer, and what stood out most to me was how little was explained about the role itself.
