San Ramon, CAPosted Sep 2023 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through a simple set of steps that felt organized and fairly quick.

I first completed a short questionnaire with thoughtful responses to move forward, and then I had a 30-minute phone interview where they focused on my experience and the numbers I’d hit.

After that, the final stage included the kind of checks they ran on logistics—there was a background check, and they mentioned no drug test in my case. I ended up getting an offer at the end of the interview process when they decided they were ready to move forward.

What stood out most was how direct the process was from the first screening onward: short, focused conversations and then a decision soon
