AO Account Executive interview experience

My final interview felt like it dragged in the worst way.

I was there for about two and a half hours, but I wasn’t made aware it would take that long.

The interviewer came across as very abrupt, and the bluntness of the interaction completely colored how I felt about the role. By the time it ended, if I’d been offered the position, I knew I would have declined.

So even though the process reached a later stage, I didn’t receive an offer. What surprised me most was how quickly the interview atmosphere made me lose confidence, even before any decision was made.
