My assessment day was split into two parts.

First, I toured the building, then I introduced myself to the group and we did a quick round to get things moving. After that, I was split into two groups and given a task to complete.

Once the group task was done, I was asked an individual question and answered it directly. Then they let us know whether we’d move on to the second part.

I didn’t get an offer. My reflection was that it was simple and straightforward, and the decision felt tied closely to how I handled the group work and that final individual question.
