My process followed a pretty common sales hiring arc.

I started with a phone interview, and once I cleared that step I moved into a group interview.

After the group stage, I got broken out into a one-to-one conversation where I was asked to actually sell a product. It wasn’t just discussion; it was measured through how I performed in a sales-style interaction.

I ended up getting an offer. The pace felt fast and clear, and I left feeling like they were trying to see how I’d behave in the work itself rather than only how I talked about it.
