My assessment day felt fun and interactive from the start.

After the first stage, I was put into a group setting with HR and sales managers running it, and I went through a role play focused on outbound sales. Even though it was a scenario meant to test how I handled the pressure, the whole environment felt comfortable.

Once the role play was done, I moved into a one-to-one interview with a sales manager. That conversation was where things really felt manageable—I was able to relax and talk through my approach instead of guessing what they wanted. By the end, I felt like I’d been given a fair chance to stand out, and the overall vibe was enjoyable
