Irvine, CAPosted May 2021 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My process included two React-focused technical screens, but after the second one I experienced a long, unclear wait.

Technical screen 1 (React prompt) — A React coding prompt.
Technical screen 2 (React prompt) — Another React prompt.
Potential onsite path — I was told an onsite would follow if I passed the technicals (4–5 hours), but it didn’t happen. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer; the takeaway is that even when the first two screens go smoothly, the response timing afterward can stall for about a week or more.
