I interviewed for a Software Engineer role in roughly a week, and it felt moderately challenging with a hands-on front-end exercise.

Recruiter screen + scheduling — a recruiter call to discuss my background and set up a 1-hour technical interview.
Technical interview (React, sandbox) — I was asked to complete a React task in a coding sandbox: build a search bar and implement filtering of the search results.
Outcome follow-up — I didn’t move forward, but the process felt focused and practical rather than purely theoretical. Outcome: No offer; the main signal was my ability to implement a small React feature end-to-end under interview constraints.
