I saw two different flavors of technical screening: one web-focused and friendly, and one proctored where the feedback loop was essentially missing.

OA + technical screen — a final path that included an online assessment and a technical screen; technical questions were centered on React plus potential questions about good web practices.
Coding interview (proctored LeetCode-style) — a medium LeetCode problem with instructions to explain approach and execute; the interaction was non-collaborative and offered no feedback, and additional problems were expected afterward. Outcome: I didn’t move forward; the takeaway was that interview style varied a lot, from supportive to very hands-off.
