I interviewed for the Software Engineer role with a difficult difficulty level, going through a long, multi-part panel process that tested coding, system thinking, and behavioral depth.

Coding screen — I had a one-hour coding screen followed by immediate evaluation.
Panel interview (5 hours) — I went through multiple segments: two separate coding portions, a system design interview, and behavioral questions in every section.
What was expected — I was strongly advised to come with at least 10 unique STAR stories, with specific “tell me about a time” examples per interviewer, and not reuse stories. Outcome: No offer; the main takeaway was that breadth of prepared, non-overlapping stories mattered as much as technical performance.
