Boston, MAPosted Mar 2026 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed for the Software Engineer role with an easy-to-moderate difficulty, running through a quick OA plus one live coding/leadership-style discussion.

Online assessment (OA) — I completed an OA that included coding problems and leadership principle questions (behavioral/LP alignment).
Live technical + stories — In the live round, I solved an easy LeetCode-style problem (including hashing) and then shared two stories using leadership principles to show how I work. Outcome: No offer; the technical portion was straightforward, and the differentiator was presenting strong, structured examples.
