North Reading, MAPosted Feb 2026 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed for the Software Engineer role with an average difficulty and a relatively fast timeline, starting with recruiter coordination, then coding plus a single combined behavioral/technical round.

Recruiter + OA — After outreach, I received an OA with standard LeetCode-style questions and questions tied to Amazon leadership principles.
Live round (medium coding + behavioral) — I handled one medium coding problem and then answered behavioral questions.
Outcome / feel — The process was quick and structured, and communications moved smoothly. Outcome: I got an offer within about five working days; the takeaway was that doing well on both the medium coding task and leadership-principle stories paid off quickly.
