Los Angeles, CAPosted Nov 2023 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My process started with direct outreach where the recruiter gathered my background and past project experience, and then tried to evaluate how well I’d fit within the team.

There wasn’t a long run-up—communication was fast and structured, and it felt like the main goal at that stage was to confirm the basics before moving on.

Right after that, I got an online assessment through HackerRank and completed it within the time window they gave. A couple of days later I received an invitation for a live online coding interview. The whole arc—from recruiter contact to coding—felt smooth and efficient, and I felt fairly comfortable going in because they had clearly shared what was coming and what they were looking for.
