I went through a shorter Amazon-style loop that emphasized fit and leadership, with mostly behavioral questioning and a quick cadence over a few weeks.

Recruiter/initial screen — a phone call to review my background and readiness for the role.
Behavioral round (Leadership Principles) — a final ~45-minute behavioral interview focused on Amazon Leadership Principles, structured around specific moments where I demonstrated them.
Manager/fit interview — a manager conversation covering my experience and whether I matched what they wanted for the role.
Behavioral screen / fast wrap-up — one behavioral-focused round where I covered several Leadership Principle questions in a short time; I was later rejected.
**Early phone
