I went through four interviews spread across different stakeholders: HR, a time-responsible person, and the client company connected to the contract.

The conversations happened in that typical sequence of getting multiple perspectives on fit.

What made it frustrating was what happened afterward. After those interviews, I didn’t receive a definitive “no” or a “yes.” Instead, it became one of those long stretches where the communication just doesn’t land.

A lot of the uncertainty seemed tied to the client company rather than anything I could control. Still, the process ended without an offer, and it left me with that in-between feeling—some progress, then no final decision communicated clearly.
