I went through a pretty light screening interview first.

The recruiter mainly walked through my background and asked how my experience lined up with the Project Manager role, but it didn’t feel like they were only looking for a strict “PM-only” profile. I remember it being more about transferable skills and whether my past roles had the same kinds of responsibilities than about matching a specific title.

The interview felt easy overall, and it didn’t turn into a stressful grilling session. After the call, though, I didn’t receive a clear follow-up or feedback, so the process ended without any real closure from their side.
