I expected a straightforward, three-round process, and at the beginning it actually sounded organized.

My first contact came from the talent team, and they told me clearly there would be three rounds. The first two were with business managers, focused heavily on my career background and why I wanted the role, and they happened quickly—both within the span of a week.

After that, everything slowed down in a way that didn’t match what I’d been told. I kept waiting and received no further communication from either talent acquisition or the business managers. When I followed up, I eventually got a generic update that they were reviewing important information around the process and contract topics.
