My process seemed fair on the evaluation side, but the coordination problems made it stressful in a way I wasn’t expecting.

I ran into scheduling trouble early—I received the wrong time for at least one interview—so I had to deal with confusion rather than just showing up prepared.

What added to the frustration was that I wasn’t kept in the loop about changes to the process, like how many rounds were left. Even though the interviews themselves felt like they were assessing me in a reasonable way, the lack of clear communication made it hard to stay mentally grounded. I ultimately wasn’t selected, and the overall experience left me more focused on how the process was managed than on the content of the questions.
