My process started with an online aptitude test that felt similar in style to common assessment batteries, followed quickly by case work and an Excel test run by the team—sometimes the testing happened around the same time.

After that, the schedule shifted into leadership conversations, including two MD interviews, which made the whole thing feel like it was getting progressively higher-stakes rather than just adding more rounds.

The difficulty level matched that structure: it wasn’t only about explaining my background. The assessment pieces forced me to demonstrate reasoning and technical fluency, and the later MD conversations acted like a final filter. By the end, I felt like I’d been measured across both skill and judgment, even though the outcome was ultimately no offer.
