My interview process took about two weeks and ran like a professional, well-paced sequence.

I started with a first-round interview with the hiring manager, followed by an assessment. Then I moved into a second round that included four members of the team.

The final step was an interview with the CRO. What I appreciated was that they didn’t treat this as purely a skills check. They cared about how I fit with the team just as much as whether I could do the job well.

Everyone I spoke with was extremely nice, and they were willing to provide feedback during the process, which made the whole thing feel less opaque. I didn’t end up getting an offer, but the experience felt respectful
