I went through about three to four rounds, and they were mostly built around familiar themes.

The questions were relatively basic and the process included role play. There weren’t any tests or other formal assessments, which made it feel easier than some other interview loops I’d experienced before.

Even with that, it wasn’t the easiest process overall. The role plays still required you to perform and adapt, and by the later rounds it felt like they were tightening in on how I’d handle typical sales scenarios.

I didn’t receive an offer. What I took away was that the interview wasn’t full of weird extra requirements, but it still demanded enough performance that it wasn’t “casual”
