I went through a process made up of three interview rounds plus a case study.

The first round was with a recruiter, mainly to gauge fit and interest. The next stage was the case study round, and then I moved on to interviews with the team before finishing with a final interview with a senior person.

Most of the questioning leaned toward fit-based themes, so the conversations felt like they were trying to confirm that my motivations and working style aligned with what they needed. The overall experience ended without an offer, but it didn’t feel disorganized—just very focused on whether I matched the profile they were building.
